4. If you selected any transactions for printing in step 3, choose
Print from the View menu or toolbar.
5. Click the Process button to process the selected transactions.
Attach Notes to the Business Calendar
Use the Business Calendar to create and store notes and
reminders. To change the date of the notes displayed, left-click
on the date you want. To change the transaction date, right-click
on the date you want. This changes the to-do list display but
does not change the session date once you close the window.

Filtering Out Events
If you have many notes or to-do list items and many of the dates
are bold, you can filter out events you don’t want to highlight.

1. On the View menu, choose Options.
2. Check the boxes for the items you want to include, or
uncheck to exclude them.
