PROGRAMMING ENTRYPROX

YOU MUST KEEP A USER LIST
 when programming
cards and PIN codes into your EntryProx.  Write down the
User Location, Card Number, PIN Code and the Name of
the User.  Use the blank form at the end of this book as a
photocopy master.  You will need this information if you
need to delete a card or PIN at a later time.
DO NOT PROGRAM A CARD OR PIN IN USER
LOCATION 1

for normal access control use!  User Location
1 is reserved for the MASTER CODE, which places the unit
into programming mode.
CHANGE THE MASTER CODE
 from the factory
default, after initial programming, and write this code down
and keep it in a safe place.
IF YOU LOSE OR FORGET THE MASTER CODE
:

End Users: contact your dealer –a service call is required.
Dealers: call HID for the procedure – and remember to bring
the proper hex key or security tool to the customer site!
