Check to see that the network address of your PC (the portion of the IP address that is
specified by the netmask) is different from the network address of the remote device.

Check that the modem or router is connected and functioning.
Restoring the Default Configuration and Password
To reset the STM to its original factory default settings:
1.
Select Administration > Backup and Restore Settings from the menu. The Backup
and Restore Settings screen displays.

When you restore the factory default settings, the STM settings
are erased. All scan and antispam settings are lost. Back up your
settings if you intend to use them.

account password is password, the guest account password is
