To initiate a system shutdown: 
1.
 
In the System tab, select System Shutdown.

In the Shutdown form, select the Type field. To shutdown the 
MeetingPlace system, choose Full Shutdown.

The Server field is read-only for standalone MeetingPlace systems.

Select the When field. 
 
To shutdown the system immediately, choose Immediate. 
 
If you have time to notify your users, choose Courtesy. You can use 
the courtesy period to notify your users of the shutdown (if you 
haven’t done so already).

In the Delay field enter the number of minutes until the shutdown 
begins. During the delay period, users are asked to hang up before 
MeetingPlace is shut down. Logging on to MeetingTime during the 
courtesy period is not permitted.  
When the delay period is over, all users are disconnected from the 
system.

To begin the shutdown, select Execute. 
Starting MeetingPlace 
Starting MeetingPlace should be done only under the guidance of your 
MeetingPlace support representative.
