To deactivate multiple profiles using the import process: 
If you have a list of users you want to deactivate, you can deactivate all of 
them automatically using the import process.  
1.
 
Create an import file with three fields: uid (user ID), prfnum (profile 
number), and uactive (user active). Under these fields, list the user IDs 
and profile numbers of the profiles you want to become deactivated 
followed by a comma and then “no”, as shown below.

Open the Register Book, and select the System tab.

From the left side of the tab, click Import User Profiles.

On the right side of the System tab, set the Action to Perform parameter 
to Add Profiles to System.

Click in the value area of the Data File to Use parameter. An input box 
appears.

Type in the location and filename of the import file or use the Browse 
button to locate the file. 
 
Note: When using Browse to import a file, MeetingPlace 
specifies the file type as Import Files (*.imp). If your import file 
has an extension other than .imp you must change the List of 
File Type to either .csv or All Files.
