To deactivate multiple profiles using the import process:

them automatically using the import process.

Open the Register Book, and select the System tab.

From the left side of the tab, click Import User Profiles.

On the right side of the System tab, set the Action to Perform parameter
to Add Profiles to System.

Type in the location and filename of the import file or use the Browse
button to locate the file.

Note: When using Browse to import a file, MeetingPlace
specifies the file type as Import Files (*.imp). If your import file
has an extension other than .imp you must change the List of
File Type to either .csv or All Files.
