Disable Questions—This button toggles the Q&A mode. If this button is 
pressed no one can be placed in the queue for questions. People already 
in queue are allowed to ask their question, but no new participants are 
added to the line of people waiting to ask a question.  
 
Meeting Participants—This lists the meeting participants attending by 
telephone. 
 
>>—This button is used to place a participant in the Waiting to Ask a 
Question
 list. 
 
Waiting to Ask a Question—This queue grants the floor to the selected 
participant in the queue while at the same time removing the current 
occupants from the floor. 
 
>>—This button moves the selected participant from the Waiting to Ask 
a Question
 queue to the floor. 
 
Asking a Question—This is a list of meeting participants already “on the 
floor.” 
 
Remove—This button removes the selected participant from the queue or 
floor. Participants may remove themselves, or a meeting controller can 
remove them. 
 
Move UpThis button moves the selected participant one step up in the 
queue. 
 
Move Down—This button moves the selected participant one step down 
in the queue. 
 
Remove All—Removes all participants from either the Waiting to Ask a 
Question
 queue or the Asking a Question list. 
 
Close—This button closes the Q&A window. 
 
Tip: When a listen-only participant invokes the Q&A screen 
from the MeetingTime conference room, buttons such as Add 
caller to the floor
Move UpMove Down, and Remove All are 
grayed out (disabled). 
Any MeetingPlace user that has at least contact privileges is by default a 
speaker (or meeting moderator), and the Q&A screen invoked from the In-
Session tab is that of a meeting moderator’s. A meeting moderator can ask 
a question on behalf of any participant in the meeting while a listen only 
participant can only listen or ask a question for themselves even if they are 
granted speaking privileges.
