Scheduling a “Zero-port” Meeting
Someone may want to schedule a web conference independent of a voice
conference. This option allows users to share documents via a MeetingPlace
meeting without taking up any ports. If ports are available, users may choose
to join a voice conference as well. To schedule a “zero-port” meeting,
schedule a MeetingPlace meeting by accessing the Schedule tab. In the
values area of the # of Calling Sites parameter, select 0 and click OK.

System Problems that Affect Users
System problems may affect the quality of meetings or a user’s ability to use
MeetingPlace features.
The System is Out of Voice Space
If the system is out of voice space, users cannot record meeting names,
profile names, agendas, or entire meetings. To find out how many meeting
recordings are on the MeetingPlace system and how much disk space is
available, check the View Disk Usage parameter on the System tab.
Also, check to see that the Max Recording Space (min) setting (Configure
tab, Server Configuration) is configured properly. This setting separates
voice storage space into two parts:  Meeting Recordings and Other. Other
includes profile names, guest participant names, meeting names, and
recorded agendas.
In addition, you can ask users to delete outdated MeetingNotes recordings by
using the Delete MeetingNotes button on the Review tab.

Tip: Consult your MeetingPlace support representative for
information on how to add more disk space.
