For e-mail addresses, you should use the e-mail addresses used by your
particular e-mail system. One common error that people make is to enter
Internet e-mail addresses in this field when an Internet mail system is not the
primary mail system interfacing with their e-mail system. Table 0-1 shows the
e-mail addresses to use.

Billing Information
MeetingPlace makes it possible to assign billing codes to both profiles and
meetings. This capability enables companies to choose billing schemes based
on scheduling or meeting participation.
You assign a billing code to user profiles. Meeting schedulers can override
their default billing code on a per-meeting basis. Typically, user profiles
inherit their billing codes from their user group (discussed later in this
chapter).
Class-of-Service Privileges
MeetingPlace lets you limit resource usage based on users’ privileges,
including:

Scheduling privileges

Outdialing privileges

Recording privileges (MeetingNotes Option)
Typically, user profiles inherit their class-of-service privileges from their
user group (discussed later in this chapter). For more information on using
class-of-service privileges to control resource usage, see Chapter 4. For more
information on securing MeetingPlace through class-of-service privileges,
see the Establishing Security section later in this chapter.
Outdialing Privileges
Outdialing enables users to quickly and easily join meetings as well as add
other users to meetings they are attending. Specifically, the Outdial feature
allows users to:
