You can listen to abbreviated and unabbreviated prompts by accessing the

(see Customizing Voice Prompts next).
Customizing Voice Prompts
The MeetingPlace touchtone telephone interface operates by playing a series
of voice prompts and requesting touchtone or spoken input from users. All of
the prompts played are customizable by MeetingPlace system managers from
any touchtone phone.
Important: When you customize company identification and voice prompts,
it is required that you include the word “MeetingPlace” somewhere in the
prompt.
You might want to customize your voice prompts for several reasons,
including:

Company identification—This option is available only through
Customization Services for professional studio recording.

Music preferences—You can change the music that MeetingPlace plays
while users wait for others to attend a conference or for MeetingPlace to
verify scheduling. (You do this by customizing prompts.) You can also
replace the music with silence.

Customized prompts
 You can change prompts that users hear when they
invoke specific features. For example, the prompt could remind people to
dial internal network numbers rather than outside lines when outdialing
to internal parties.

Note: If you would like your prompts professionally recorded,
