Cisco MeetingPlace Audio Server System Manager’s Guide
The following table lists some recommendations to consider when you set up
your MeetingPlace server for multiserver meetings. You may need to work
with the system managers of the other MeetingPlace servers to complete these
recommendations.

4. To enable users to schedule multiserver meetings using MeetingPlace
Web, make sure that:
• They are using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 and later or
Netscape Navigator, version 4.79 and later.
• They can access each site’s MeetingPlace Web server. If these users can
already access each remote site’s MeetingPlace web page using their web

5. To enable users to schedule multiserver meetings using MeetingTime,
make sure that:
• They can access each site’s MeetingPlace server through their
MeetingTime client software.
• They have MeetingTime 2000 or higher installed on their system.

1. Make sure all MeetingPlace servers are time synchronized using a
Network Time Protocol (NTP) server. This NTP server can be a
MeetingPlace system or an external device. To establish an NTP server,
