MeetingPlace Web and requests to 
send mail to the meeting scheduler.

Time zone of location in which user 
does business.
Use a time zone appropriate to the

Language in which prompts play.
Choose the user’s preferred

Whether MeetingPlace plays 
abbreviated prompts on phone.

Code for generating billing reports.
