User ID of the contact who supports 
this user.

Internet E-mail 
Address

User’s Internet e-mail address. Used 
when a person browses meetings in 
MeetingPlace Web and requests to 
send mail to the meeting scheduler.

Time zone

Time zone of location in which user 
does business.

Use a time zone appropriate to the 
user’s location.

Language

Language in which prompts play.

Choose the user’s preferred 
language.

Abbreviated prompts?

Whether MeetingPlace plays 
abbreviated prompts on phone.

Enter prompt preference information 
only if different from group.

Billing code

Code for generating billing reports.

Use company conventions, such as 
department codes.

Meeting category assigned to 
meetings that this user schedules.
