View Conference
In Cisco TMS:
Booking > List Conferences > select conference view

A reference is information which can be associated with one or more conferences. A reference can include a reference
name, reference code, a comment and contact information. It can be used whenever a conference needs to be asso-
ciated with a specific code/name/other info.

This page shows all the references that have been created and saved in Cisco TMS.
Conferences and References
Conferences can be associated with a reference by choosing them in the
Conference Information
tab while booking con-
ferences in the
New Conference
page. A conference can only be associated with one reference. References can be cre-
ated without any connection to booked conferences.
Creating a Reference
To create a new reference:
