Silent Monitor Server
The silent monitor server is a standalone server that provides silent monitor functionality for a set of mobile agents.

Silent Monitor Service for Unified CC Toolkit
The silent monitor service can also be configured to provide silent monitor functionality for a single Unified CC
agent. In this configuration, the silent monitor service runs on the same computer as the agent or supervisor's desktop.

5.8.14 Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 4.0
Citrix MetaFrame Presentation server 4.0 and Microsoft Terminal Services are a Server Based Computing (SBC)
platforms that enable hosting of Cisco’s CTI desktops applications and allow the deployment of thin clients rather than
