Managing CRS LDAP Server Information
Migrating to a Different LDAP Directory
Use the following steps to migrate from one LDAP directory to another. 
Procedure
Step 1
From the CRS Administration menu bar, choose Tools > User Management.
The User Management web page appears.
Step 2
Verify that the minimum required users (CRS administrator, JTAPI provider, 
RmCm user—see 
) are 
specified with the correct passwords in the LDAP directory to which you want to 
migrate. 
Step 3
Access the Cisco CRS Control Center (System > Control Center) and ensure that 
all the nodes in the cluster are operating and the CRS Node Manager service is 
running.
Note
If any node is down during this verification check, run the Serviceability 
Utility to synchronize the ccndir.ini across the cluster. (For instructions, 
see the 
this utility, restart CRS Node Manager on all nodes in the cluster.
Step 4
Run the plug-in for the required directory in the Unified CM Administration web 
page.
This website describes the Unified CM migration process for DCD, 
AD, and ND.
Step 5
From the CRS Administration menu bar, choose System > LDAP Information.
The CRS LDAP server information web page opens.
Step 6
Select the LDAP Server Type for the required directory, and this action 
automatically populates the sample entries for other fields on this page. 
Step 7
Update the LDAP server host name, IP address, or AD domain fields with the 
new LDAP directory information in the CRS LDAP Server Information web page.
