The steps in the Prompt palette of the Cisco Customer Response Solutions 
(CRS) Editor provide script designers with a way to create intelligent prompts.
This section contains the following topics:

pane of the CRS Editor.

The Create TTS Prompt step is only available for the Unified IP IVR or Unified 
CCX Premium license options.

Create Conditional Prompt
Use the Create Conditional Prompt step to create a prompt based on the result of 
evaluating a specified Boolean expression.
