If you are upgrading from Cisco Unified CCX 2.x and are using queuing scripts
to interface with Cisco UnifiedICME software, please note that all media steps
must be set to “interruptible” if you want the VRU script to be interruptible by the
Cisco UnifiedICME software when an agent becomes available. If not, then make
sure to configure the VRU script as not interruptible in the Cisco UnifiedICME
system.

Explicit Confirmation Step
Use the Explicit Confirmation step to confirm an explicit response to a prompt.
The Explicit Confirmation step is defined with a default grammar that accepts the
