Step 1

Configure the originating gateway for Hookflash Relay call transfer, by following the instructions
in the "

" section in Chapter 18,

"Transferring and Queuing Calls with Unified CVP," in Part 3.

Step 2

Locate the following files on the VXML Server and copy them to flash memory on the gateway.

en_6.wav

Step 3

Add the following lines to the gateway:

service hookflash flash:survivability.tcl

paramspace english index 0

paramspace english language en

paramspace english location flash:

paramspace english prefix en

Step 4

If you have not already done so, configure the CVPSelfService application as follows:

service [gateway application name] flash:CVPSelfService.tcl

paramspace english index 0

paramspace english language en
