Usage
Use this command to enforce a specific rating group / service identifier on all PCC rules, predefined ACS
rules, and static ACS rules for Rf-based accounting. As this CLI configuration is applied at the rulebase level,
all the APNs that have the current rulebase defined will inherit the configuration.
