The View Playouts or Develop Application JAVA applets fail. 

If the View Playouts or Develop Application applets fail to start, try the following: 
• 

Check that the browser has a Java 1.4.*\plugin.  

• 

Check that there is a .java.policy file with the address of the TSBroadcaster server 

in the client user’s home directory.
