You cannot drag files to another location on your Linux desktop. 

Some Linux desktops do not support a drag and drop mechanism that is compatible 

with Java. Load files and directories into the Develop Application Page applet by 

right-clicking a directory and selecting Import File or Import Content Directory 

from the pop-up menu.
