NAM software 4.0.1 patch from 
Cisco.com.

Cisco recommends using NAM 4.1 or 
4.2.

If using NAM 4.0.:

You will see the problem 
CSCsy88897, a stream correlation 
report from the NAM appliance 
shows duplicate time stamps. 
CSCsy88897 is resolved in NAM 
4.1; however, there is no workaround 
for it in NAM 4.0.

You must install the NAM software 
4.0.1 patch from Cisco.com.

If a NAM is configured as an HTTP 
secure server, you must apply the NAM 
crypto patch to enable Service Monitor to 
access the NAM. To download the patch, 
log in to your account on Cisco.com and 
go to this URL: 

The NAM crypto patch is 
available for NAM 4.0, 4.1, and 
4.2.
