CALL_SERVICE_INITIATED_EVENT
The CTI Server may send a CALL_SERVICE_INITIATED_EVENT message to the CTI client upon the 
initiation of telecommunications service (“dial tone”) at the agent’s teleset. The CALL_SERVICE_ 
INITIATED_EVENT message is defined in
