About WebView and InfoMaker
WebView is the Unified ICM/CCE browser-based reporting tool that presents call center data in
real-time and historical reports. WebView is installed with more than 225 templates.

The templates that Cisco provides might be sufficient for your needs. If you prefer to create additional
templates or to modify the templates that come with WebView, InfoMaker is the desktop reporting and
data-maintenance tool from Sybase that you use to do so.

InfoMaker is an optional application and is not supplied by Cisco. If you choose to create custom
