Configuring Cisco IAC With the Wizard
Setting Up Cloud Administration
Note: 
The Use SSL is set to “False” by default. Setting to “True” requires SSL to be set up and enabled on Cisco 
Process Orchestrator, which is not required for Cisco IAC 4.3.1.

Click Submit Order.
Note:
 The configuration of the HTTP agents takes some time and the requisition will be waiting for agent start, which 
happens in the next step,

Starting All Agents
Finally, you need to start all of the other agents in order to successfully finish this procedure. Wait for at least two minutes 
before starting this step.
1.
From the Wizard, choose Start all other agents.
2.
On the Control Agents Tab of the Service Links portal, choose every single agent on every page with a red light icon.
3.
Click Start Selected, and then click Yes to confirm. 
4.
The red light icon next to all the remaining agents will turn green. To see if they turn green, click Refresh (bottom 
right corner) to check the new status.
Note: 
There may have been additional agents in the list that you were not able to see (and therefore, activate). To 
find agents, use the scroll arrow at the bottom of the list or the “next page” button at the bottom of the screen.
5.
Click Close when completed. 
Initializing Cisco IAC Licensing
1.
From the Wizard, choose Initialize licensing.
2.
Click Submit Order.
3.
Click on the number in the Requisition Number field to display the details. 
4.
Click Close when the status says Completed.
Configuring Cisco IAC With the Wizard Using WildFly Cluster
Note: 
You must follow the steps above to configure wizard.

Customizations to the WildFly Cluster Setup.

You must use the following steps to configure wizard using WildFly Cluster.

To Setup REX username and password, see

In addition to setting REX username and password, define the REXOutboundAdapter.RoutingURL from 
http://localhost:8080/RequestCenter to http://<RequestCenterServerName>:<port#>/RequestCenter or 
<LoadBalancerServerName>:<port#>/RequestCenter.

Note: 
The URL should include http, the hostname and port number, and the pathname to Service Catalog. For 
example, http://localhost:8080/RequestCenter.

Manually configure the NSAPI agents to replace the localhost and port number.
