SEND_DTMF_SIGNAL_REQ
Use this message to request that the ACD transmit a sequence of DTMF tones on behalf of a call party. 
The SEND_DTMF_SIGNAL_REQ message is defined in 
CallConnection 
DeviceID (optional)
The device identifier of one of 
the call connections. There may 
be more than one Call 
ConnectionDeviceID field in the 
message (see NumCalls). This 
field always immediately follows 
the corresponding 
CallConnectionDeviceIDType 
field.
