Registering and editing
email address and
telephone number in the
one-touch dial (y)

Register email address and telephone number. These items can be used as
destinations for the following features.
– Sending faxes (page 61)
– Sending Internet faxes

– Scan to email address (page 45)
– Fax to email address (page 69)
– Error notify (page 100)
*1 If you want to use the destination for the direct SMTP of Internet fax, activate the

1. Start Multi-Function Station.
2. [Device] A [Configuration Web Page] A [Directory]
3. Select [STATION KEY] from the menu.
4. Click [Edit] next to the station key you want to register or edit.
5. Enter the name, email address, etc.
6. [Submit]
7. Close the web browser.

Note:
R You can register or edit the destinations using the unit (page 58).
