Prompt   Meaning 
Display Pager? 
Display the entries in the replace pager table.  A # key 
will move forward in the table and display the next entry, 
while pressing the 0 key will back up the display to the 
previous entry in the replace table. Use * to terminate this 
mode at any point in the display. 
Add Pager to Group 
A pager may be added to an existing group or a new 
group may be started.  You will be asked ‘Which Group?’ 
and ‘Which Pgr?’ The group can be 1 – 99 and the pager 
number for the pager to be added to that group may be 
from 1 -9990.   
Groups 1 – 9 are preprogrammed in the factory.  These 
groups may have associated Dynamic (set up by the 
PeopleAlert user) Groups and are both paged by the 
same single digit group number.  Groups 10 – 99 are 
Dynamic Groups which the user sets up and alters as 
needed.  
Remove Pg fm Group 
This removes a pager from a Dynamic Group.  Press #.   
Enter the group number when requested by the ‘Which 
Group?’ display and press # to go to the screen that asks 
‘Which Pgr? Where the pager number to be removed is 
entered.  Pressing the # one more time completes the 
removal and displays the conformation message ‘X out of 
Gp. Y’.  
Display Group 
This displays the pagers in a Dynamic Group in the l 
order in which they will be transmitted.  Press # to go 
from one group member display to next.  The * key will 
terminate the Display mode. 
Active Groups 
This displays the Dynamic Group numbers for the groups 
that have members.  Pressing # advances to the next 
group that has members.  If a group is found and it is 
desired to display its members, press 0 to go to the 
Display Group mode as described above.  
____ Removed 
Entering a new pager number of 0000 caused the entry 
for the old pager number to be removed from the replace 
pager table.
