Open a web browser from a computer that is connected to the same network as the 
access point or to the access point directly through an Ethernet cable.

In the address bar, enter the IP address of the access point.

Access Point Name

This unique name is the access point NetBIOS name. The name is printed on the 
rear label of the access point. The default is netgearxxxxxx, in which xxxxxx 
represents the last 6 digits of the access point MAC address. You can replace the 
default name with a unique name up to 15 characters long. The access point name 
can be retrieved through SNMP.

Country / Region

From the Country / Region menu, select the country where the access point is 
installed.

It might not be legal to operate this access point in a region other than one of 

those identified in this field.
