You can change the password if you need to. The new password must be 
eight characters or fewer and cannot contain spaces or tabs. 

To change the password, enter:

You do not want a port to be connected.

Disable the port.

A port cannot connect with a linked device.

Disable auto-negotiation. (Force 
the link.)

A linked device does not support 
auto-negotiation.

Disable auto-negotiation. (Force 
the link.)

You are connecting to a server or a 
10/100 Mbps switch through the uplink.

Configure the uplink for 
asymmetric flow control.
