Sets the motion sensitivity of the movement sensor and the interval 
that any single movement is valid.

The shock duration should be set longer than the least time we would 
expect to see a motion trigger. The duration should be large enough to 
allow for stationary times at traffic lights and other periods of 
inactivity. 
 
If shock is set to zero (0), the motion sensor will be disabled. Only 
experienced users should consider using this option.
