If POS Option #72, Separate Tax Rate 4 Reporting, is set

YES, this option will only remove tax rates 1, 2 and 3 from a

check.

1. Start the order and enter items or recall a check.
2. Press {TAX~EXEMPT}.

Screen displays * NO TAX *. Tax is removed from ap-

plicable items taxable at rates 1-3 or all tax is re-

moved from the check (depends on POS Option #72).

3. Press {CLEAR} for order not yet sent, or

Press {TOTAL} to verify new total for recalled check.

Use to remove tax rate #4 only when POS Option #72 is set

to show tax rate 4 as a separate item.

1. Start the order and enter items or recall a check.
2. Press {TAX~4~EXEMPT}.

Screen displays * NO TAX 4 *. Tax #4 is removed

from applicable items on this check.

3. Press {CLEAR} for order not yet sent, or

Press {TOTAL} to verify new total for recalled check.

nontaxable items on the check. Rate added is pro-
