This function acts like a toggle; perform on a menu item

one time to put on hold, perform again to take off hold.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {HOLD~MENU~ITEM}.

5. Press {HOLD~MENU~ITEM}.

Alphabetical list of menu items display.

•

Use the alphabetical range buttons and the arrow

keys to locate the menu item to be put on hold.

6. Touch the menu item to be placed on hold. NONE LEFT

is added to the right of the name.

7. Press {DONE}. Display returns to the Manager Key Menu.
8. Press {EXIT~TO~RESTAURANT}.
