1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {HOLD~MENU~ITEM}.

5. Press {HOLD~MENU~ITEM}.

Alphabetical list of menu items display.

•

Use the alphabetical range buttons and the arrow

keys to locate the menu item to be placed off hold.

6. Touch the menu item to be placed off hold. NONE LEFT

is removed from the right of the name.

7. Press {DONE}. Display returns to the Manager Key

Menu.

8. Press {EXIT~TO~RESTAURANT}.
