Toshiba fds crystal point Manuel D’Utilisation

This is an inventory function which manually deletes raw

products from inventory of prepared items which are wasted

and therefore cannot be sold. An example is a plate of food

that is dropped on the floor.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {FIN~PROD~WASTE}.

Alphabetical list of menu items display.

•

Use the alphabetical ranges buttons and the arrow

keys to locate the menu item.

5. Touch the menu item that will be wasted.
6. System displays menu item name.
7. Index quantity of the menu item wasted as a whole

number.

Screen displays recipe - each raw product

ingredient.

8. Enter another menu item to be recorded as wasted if

needed.

9. Press {DONE}. Display returns to the Manager Key

Menu.

10. Press {EXIT~TO~RESTAURANT}.
