This option is used to access the Reports Menu. The Re-

ports Menu provides viewing or printing of current (today’s)

FDS reports.
Detailed information and procedures on the Reports Menu

are found in Chapter 6, Reports, of this manual.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {REPORTS}.
5. Touch the choice for where the report is to be routed.

Choices are:

•

Display - show the report(s) on the screen of this

workstation.

•

Print - print the report(s) on the parallel printer.

•

Reroute - print the report(s) on a remote printers.

List of programmed remote printers display.

Touch the printer where the reports should be

printed.

6. The Reports Menu displays.
7. Touch the name for desired report. Answer any further

prompts appropriately, refer to Chapter 6 for details.

8. If choice was:

•

Display - the report displays on CRT screen.

•

Print - the report prints on the audit printer.

•

Reroute - the report prints at the designated printer.

9. Press {DONE}.

10. Press {EXIT~TO~MANAGES} to return to the Manager Key

Menu.

Reports can be requested from only one CRT at a time or

the message, REPORT BEING RUN ON PORT ___ displays.
