The Management Menu is available only from the Manager

Key Menu. It is displayed by completing the procedure out-

lined below.
Some of these functions zero out certain reports and others

close down Restaurant system operations entirely for their

duration, so they should be given a higher level of security

than those on the Manager Key Menu.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {MANAGEMENT}.
5. Management Menu displays.
