Reset Individual Server
This function zeros out Period 2 and Period 3 Server Reports
for individual servers who no longer need to be tracked.
1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {MANAGEMENT}.
5. Management Menu displays.
6. Press {RESET~INDIVIDUAL~SERVER} function.
7. Touch the server name(s) for which Period 2 and 3 re-

7. Touch the server name(s) for which Period 2 and 3 re-

9. Management Menu automatically displays.
10. Press {EXIT~TO~MANAGERS}. Manager Key Menu displays.
11. Press {EXIT~TO~RESTAURANT}.
