Toshiba fds crystal point Manuel D’Utilisation

This function does not clear any inventory reports being

maintained on other backroom inventory system. It

applies only to the front end FDS Inventory system.

This function zeros out the Inventory Report and moves the

ending inventory (closing/shelf status) to the starting inven-

tory for the next period’s calculations.

q An Inventory Report must be printed before doing an

Inventory Clear to get the raw product variances. It

does not print automatically.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {MANAGEMENT}.
5. Management Menu displays.
6. Press {INVENTORY~CLEAR}.
