This function imitates live system operations without print-

ing at prep areas or updating report totals.

q All training is conducted using Employee I.D. #300. The

system does generate a Server Report for Employee

#300 to track training totals.

q For this function to operate:

•

Employee #300 must be programmed with a name

and a job description.

•

Turn on Training Mode, then clock in Employee

#300. Employee #300 cannot clock in unless

Training Mode is on.

•

Clocking out Employee #300 automatically turns

training mode off.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {MANAGEMENT}.
5. Management Menu displays.
6. Press {TRAINING~ON}.
7. Press {EXIT~TO~MANAGERS}, then {EXIT~TO~RESTAURANT} to

return to the Server Screen.

8. Clock in employee #300.

•

Employee training must use employee #300 for all

transactions. Using any other number adds to

restaurant totals and sends to prep areas.

9. Clock out employee #300.

•

Training Mode is automatically turned off.
