Toshiba fds crystal point Manuel D’Utilisation

The FDS Crystal Point system generates a detailed set of re-

ports. These reports are up to the minute information on

the front end business and can be viewed or printed from

any workstation.
Most, but not all the Front End Reports reviewed in this

chapter are available from the Reports Menu. The two ex-

ceptions are:

The Server Credit Card Reports shown in Chapter 4

and 5, which are accessed from the {CREDIT~CARD}

key from the Server Screen.

The ProtoBase Transaction Summary Report which

is included at the end of this chapter.

Most Front End reports are automatically archived during

a System Reset. They can be viewed and printed from

CBase System Manager or from a text editor.

In addition to the Front End Reports shown in this chap-

ter, the FDS creates a expanded series of reports during

the System Reset.
