1. Depress {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code # and press {ENTER}.
3. Press {REPORTS}.
4. Screen prompts for destination of reports. Choices are:

{DISPLAY}

Show the report on the workstation screen.

{PRINT}

Print the report on the Manager Parallel

Printer.

{RE-ROUTE}

Print the report on a remote preparation

printers. (Lines on reports will wrap-around.)

5. Press the button for the option wanted.

•

If choice is RE-ROUTE, touch the line for the Printer

Port # where the report is to be printed.

6. The Report Menu displays.
7. Touch button for report wanted.
8. Additional input if needed is described along with each

report explanation.
