Credit Authorizations, when used, are
detailed by open and paid checks, plus
a summary for authorizations by card
type.

Revenue Report
This report provides a breakdown by
area (defined in the Revenue Centers
Table) of the overall sales and income
produced in the restaurant. Reports
are available for all three periods.

tivity and labor by up to 48 predeter-
mined time intervals. Daily totals only.

Choosing this option accesses two re-
ports which are updated at the menu
item level.

This report provides a theoretical food
cost percentage by item based on the
estimated food cost programmed in the
Menu Table. Reports are available for
all three periods.
