NOTE: You may choose to store emergency telephone numbers in memory locations.  AT&T
provides memory dialing only as a convenience.  AT&T assumes no responsibility for customer
reliance on this memory feature.
One-Touch Dialing
The 8 white spaces on the directory card are one-touch memory locations.
To store a telephone number:
1.  
Press and release PROGRAM
2.  Enter the telephone number.
 You can press SPACE once to insert a dash into the telephone number.
3.   Press and release the memory button where you want to store the telephone number.
4.  Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each number you want to store in memory.
5.  Press and release PROGRAM when you finish programming.
 To dial a stored telephone number:
1.  
Lift the handset or press SPEAKER.
2.  Press and release the memory button that corresponds to the number you want to dial.
Two-Touch Dialing
The eight gray spaces on the directory card are the two-touch memory locations.
To store a telephone number:
1.  
Press and release PROGRAM
2.  Enter the telephone number.
 You can press SPACE once to insert a dash into the telephone number.
3.  Press and release LOWER.
4.  Press and release the memory button where you want to store the telephone number.
5.  Repeat Steps 2, 3 and 4 for each number you want to store in memory.
6.  Press and release PROGRAM when you finish programming.
To dial a stored telephone number:
1.  
Lift the handset or press SPEAKER.
2.  Press and release LOWER.
3.  Press and release the memory button that corresponds to the number you want to dial.
Storing Telephone Numbers Just Dialed
You can store the telephone number saved in redial memory into a memory location.
1.  Press and release PROGRAM
2.  Press and release (AUTO) REDIAL.

Store the number in one of two ways:
 
Press and release the memory button where you want to store the telephone number.
 
Press LOWER and then press and release the memory button to store the telephone number in a
lower memory location.
3.  Press and release PROGRAM.
Entering a Dialing Delay
NOTE: Every memory location can store 16 digits.  Each dash, 3-second pause, 30-second wait, or
use of the FLASH feature counts as one digit.
Pause:
 The Pause feature is useful if you are dialing from a telephone that requires you to wait for an
outside line.
To insert a 3-second dialing delay (pause) in the dialing sequence, press and release SPACE twice.  A P
displays in the Message Window.
