When everything is positioned perfectly, use a pen to mark the precise position of the elevator unit on the tailplane
bottom. Then remove the tail unit again from the fuselage and carefully remove the iron-on film within the marks with
a soldering gun.
Now you can permanently attach the tail unit to the fuselage centrally with 5-minute epoxy glue. Align the elevator unit
to the fuselage as illustrated. Observe cut-outs at the elevator unit and the fuselage.
Glue two rudder hinges (figure 5, item 1) into
the rudders in the same manner as for the ele-
vator and remove the iron-on film within the cut-
out (figure 5, item 2).
Then place the rudder centrally on the rudder
fin. If everything is matching perfectly, glue the
rudder to the rudder fin‘s rudder hinges with li-
quid superglue. Observe a small, even gap and
good movement as for the elevator already.
Hold  the  rudder  onto  the  fuselage  opening
(figure 4, item 5) and place it centrally on the
slots in the fuselage. Check whether the rudder
fin can be glued at a 90°-angle to the elevator
(see figure 6).
When everything is positioned perfectly, use a
pen to mark the precise position of the rudder
unit on the tailplane top.
Then disassemble the tail unit from the fusela-
ge again and remove the iron-on film carefully
with a soldering gun within the marks on at the
bridges of the rudder (figure 5, item 3) and on
the bottom as well as at the elevator unit.
Now you can permanently attach the tail unit
to  the  fuselage  centrally  with  5-minute  epoxy
glue. Align the elevator unit to the fuselage as
illustrated.
