If you are creating a multi-box installation from standalone 
units, follow these steps:

You should be physically at the units as you need to press the 
blue buttons when prompted.

1. Install each unit as described early.

2. Connect the network cables to the Ethernet hub. 

Do NOT connect the expansion cables.

3. Connect each unit to a power source and wait until you hear 

“The Bizfon is ready...” Each unit plays this message.

4. Plug a telephone into extension 201 on the unit that will be 

Unit 1.

5. Access personal settings.

NOTE: If you have not yet set up the extension, you must 

press 

 before you can access settings.

6. Enter extension 200 and enter the password if required.

7. Press 

 to configure the multibox system.

8. Press 

 to continue.

The Bizfon tells you the status of the units.

BizTouch 3: Press SETUP, select
SETTINGS, press ENTER. Phone must 
be hung up. If it is not, press FORWARD.

BizTouch 2 or BizTouch 1: Press
SETTINGS. 

Bizfon conference series phone or non-
BizTouch phone: Press
