Desktop Administrator is a “container” program. This program allows you to access 
various other applications used to administer Cisco Agent Desktop, Cisco Supervisor 
Desktop, and Cisco IP Phone Agent from within one interface. 

NOTE:  Desktop Administrator is not supported if installed on a virtual private 
network (VPN) desktop.

Cisco Desktop Administrator 7.1 includes these new features:

Separate administration nodes for CAD, CAD-BE, and IP Phone agents

■

Reason codes integrated with ICM-administered reason codes

■

Reason codes and phone books administered at both the global and work 
flow group level

■

Global wrapup codes 

■

Agent Re-Skilling subnode under the IPCC Configuration node has been 
added to enable the administrator to configure an alternate dynamic 
re-skilling webpage for supervisors to use

■

Blind Conference action and Set Enterprise Data action added
