NOTE:  If an agent attempts to log in at the same time you change the login 
method, the agent will receive an error message. The agent must restart 
Agent Desktop and then use the new login method.
Changing an Agent’s Work Flow Group
An agent can belong to only one work flow group at a time. All agents are assigned to 
the Default work flow group until reassigned to another one.
To change an agent’s work flow group:
1. Select the agent from the agent list, and then click Properties.
You can also double-click or right-click the agent’s name to display the 
Properties dialog box.
The Agent Properties dialog box appears (see 
).
2. Select a work flow group from the drop-down list, and then click OK.
The agent is now assigned to a new work flow group.
