Caller Data
The IP Phone Agent service displays data about the caller in the Caller Data screen 
(see 
). Caller data appears on your IP Phone Agent screen when a call is 
routed to your IP phone and remains there throughout the call.
The type of data that appears in this screen is configured by your system 
administrator.
