Reason Codes
You may be required to enter a descriptive reason code when you change your agent 
state to Not Ready or when you log out. Reason codes are created by your system 
administrator and are customized for your contact center.
If your system administrator has enabled reason codes, whenever you change your 
agent state to Not Ready or log out, IP Phone Agent prompts you to enter a reason 
code. 
To enter a reason code:
Choose the appropriate reason code from the menu. (See 
Figure 8.
