Note: 
A coupler does not recognize passive I/O modules. Therefore these 
modules are not displayed by WAGO-I/O-CHECK
The node will be displayed as a tree structure in navigationbar and as a graphic 
view in the node display area. 
5.3  Select WAGO-I/O-CHECK Operating Mode 
WAGO-I/O-CHECK provides the operation modes Control-Mode ´Direct´
Control-Mode ´Collect´Control-Mode ´Force´Control-Mode 
´Permanent´
 and Monitor-Mode for the controlling and monitoring of the 
process data. 
The operaton modes Control-Mode are used to monitor input and output 
process data as well as to control output process data. It is necessary to 
deactivate the fieldbus and to switch off PLC-functions (if a controller is 
connected) to control output data. 
Select the operation mode Control-Mode ´Direct´ if outputs shall be set with a 
mouse click and be reset with the next mouse click on the corresponding 
control element. 
To set this operation mode, 
•  select the menu command Node\Control-Mode\Direct or  
•  click the command Direct from the dropdown list next to the symbol 
 
from the toolbar Node or  
•  enter the shortkey <Ctrl> + <Shift> + <D>
 
To set more then one output at the same time select the operation mode 
Control-Mode ´Collect´. You can arrange various output states and send them 
to the node with a mouseclick on the button S
